When receiving a shipment, you, the receiver have the obligation to inspect and count the items within a reasonable time before the driver leaves. If damage or a shortage is found and you want to receive the shipment, you must note the delivery receipt "damaged" or "short" with the details of what is damaged or short. The driver must also sign the delivery receipt. Damaged and/or missing goods must be noted at that time or it is considered concealed damage or loss after delivery.

Concealed damage is any item that is found to have damage after it has been delivered and signed complete and in good condition. This means that the freight carrier may accept only partial responsibility for the damage. If the shipment is signed for complete and undamaged, the freight line will not accept full responsibility for shortages or damage.

You must understand it is your responsibility to inspect all goods before signing the delivery receipt. Concealed damage is generally paid out to the consignee at only a percentage of the value of the item. The freight company can only assume that the receiver of the shipment may have damaged the goods after it was signed for in good condition.

SHIPPING RATES

SHIPPING: CUSTOMER PAYS ALL SHIPPING CHARGES.

All shipments are shipped FOB from all locations. Stores supplies does not set or control freight rates. We try to ship the most economical way, usually UPS or Federal Express Ground. When orders exceed UPS and FedEx Ground limits on size or weight we then ship Motor Freight or Common Carrier (PREPAID AND ADDED TO THE INVOICE). Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx. Sorry we do not use Parcel Post or Bus as a method of transport.

All orders received by 10:00 pm Pacific Time will be shipped out of our warehouse the next day.

BACK ORDERS: IF OUT OF STOCK WE WILL BACK ORDER UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUESTED NOT TO.

Separate shipping charges will be billed with each shipment.

HANDLING CHARGES: WE WILL GLADLY FILL ANY SIZE ORDER. ALL ORDERS LESS THAN $25.00 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $3.50 HANDLING CHARGE. $1.50 HANDLING CHARGE PER BOX ON ALL UPS AND FEDEX SHIPMENTS.
